He might do half the seals needed for that jutsu before he gets pounded (or fingered, doesn't matter) by her. Good luck for him trying to surprise someone who has similar feats to silent killing and behead the same person who has better taijutsu.

i did not know mei had a mouth on her back,she will get backstabbed(fast if killing intent=true),zabuza is clever, he can use clones and hit her with water dragon in the mist where she can't see and then murder

-you think zabuza will wait for her to do hand seals and exhale acid all over the place with straight killing intent ?
-it's not in a close room, the acid will evaporate in open field and loose it's strenght
-she can use it in 1 direction, her front, zabuza can backstab
-zabuza is smart, he can use clones, in multiple numbers if he wants to
-he can use water dragon in the mist where again she can't see
all of this in a mist where he and all his clones can identify mei's position but not the other way around

OP: Katkot I can't see Zabuza beating any of the 5 kage. Zabuza is between high jounin - low kage. He isn't strong enough.
