Cee can sense Zabuza so hidden mist fails + Cee's genjutsu destroys them both.

I have Haku & Zabuza High Difficulty my observations of Cee is that he is going to get easily killed here and im giving Anime & Manga Feats i don't think Darui can handle Zabuza & Haku at the same time not even Kakashi with Sharingan could

I'll take team Kiri w/ mid diff.

I don't think there is enough chaos(2 rampaging kage-lvls) abounding for Cee to create offense, as hes a support-type...nevermind Hakus brute speed & efficiency being a Pain to him. Haku can paralyze targets from afar with needles, let alone ninjutsu.
So while this isn't a mis-match, Kiri have the decided advantage.

even if the genjutsu lands, Zabuza can close his eyes & use his own pseudo-sensing skillset(silent killing)

If darui has a speed advantage vs Zabuza, it is nullified by water clones, the tree-laden terrain...& mist.

I think Zabuza is the bigger/stronger & a better CQC fighter w/ a better sword tech. their particular ninjtsus are a wash at mid range.
