It's quiet irrational to speculate something of such caliber of a fight.
If Zabuza fought someone, he indeed must have fought the 4th Mizukage, not Obito.
I believe obito wouldn't ha e bothered himself with Zabuza, but rather make the 4th fight in his place..... but all in all.....judge just as it's my opinion....my assumption...and I respect your thought, for it was very well overlooked as a detail!

And moreover you're the one who is underrating Obito, Zabuza has no way to touch him. He would've died if he fought him :|
