Zabuza and Kakashis' water dragon jutsu

helcome in the 1st series, zabuza and kakashis water dragon jutsu looks the same, a light blue color but on naruto shippuden episode 4 when kakashi did the water dragon jutsu against Naruto and Sakura it was dark blue and just showed an image of a water dragon and not the form really


Also is Zabuzas water dragon jutsu as strong as Mei's?
