Zabuza is close to a non factor in this battle as his whole arsenal revolves around him using Hidden Mist which Kakuzu should be able to counter easily. Kakashi and a bunch of fodders vs Kakuzu already happened in the manga and we all know how that turned out. I'd say Kakuzu wins more times than not.

with intel kakashi might be able to turn the tides but zabuza is paperweight useless here. especially without a water source and part 2 power scaling. Make him edo and give kakashi his 5 kamui's.

I genuinely don't think Kakuzu stands a chance of long-term victory. Especially with some Kakashi/Zabuza like-minded strategy. Zabuza can forget all about the Executioners Blade though, shit isn't helping him here- not even effective for restraining a foe in the half-moon shape of the blade because Kakuzu is too fluid.

Kakashi and Zabuza lose. Zabuza's only top-tier tech is his Hidden Mist and that's hard countered by Kakuzu's Futon AOE.

They survive for a while on sheer skill but it's only stalling. Kakuzu wins mid diff

Kakashi amd zabuza greatest issue is fighting kakuza with all his hearts at one place.

Splitting kakuza hearts up is the greatest thing they could do. Also hidden mist with kakashi raikiri and ninja dogs is more than enough for him to function during zabuza mist.

If kakashi keeps pressure on Kakuza himself ot forces the hearts to replinish him each time he dies allowing zabuza enough time to fight atleast a heart or two.

Another situation they could do is Attack Kakuza directly once he splits. Kill him with Raiton then hide his body in the mist as the mask needs to enter his body in order for him to live. Kamui can be used for defense so even if the mask try to clear a way to reach Kakuza body what's stopping Kakashi or Zabuza from picking them off as they come in?

Zabuza doesn't add much vaule for Kakashi here. The mist would mess up Kakashi's ability to fight so he can't really use that and if he does and go on the attack then he'll get overwhelmed and killed. If he attack with Suitons then Kakuzu can counter with Domu or just dodge them. CQC favors Kakuzu due to his threads, Domu, and his mask so Zabuza doesn't add much besides being a possible distraction for Kakashi to land a hit but Kakashi still can't beat Kakuzu on his own. Kakashi is gonna need better help if he wants to beat Kakuzu here
