They can see through the mist, nullfying team Mist's surprise attacks and in Neji's case his taijutsu is at least as good as Zabuza's and his defence can repel any needle Haku throws. With Hinata's support he can certainly overwhelm them.

haku have actual speed feat and her ice attacks / mirrors can certainly be countered with neji's kaiten, but not destroyed with airy hyuga moves.

but i believe like how gaara's ultimate sand shield was countered by lee's speed, neji's ultimate defense can be countered too.. haku can handle team 2 herself.. add freaking zabuza to this fight and it's overkill..

and lol hinata is a non factor here.

Haku having superior reflexes to Neji, when even Part 1 Wave Arc Sasuke with no Sharingan was keeping up with him in speed, is a complete joke. Neji comfortably blitzes/overwhelms Haku.

Lol. Rasengan is a close range technique. Wall palm isn't.
Haku is slower than wave ar no sharingan sasuke outside the mirrors. Even Hinata blitzes his ass.
