He obviously got stronger if I would put Goku against him. Any S-class demon when powering up could shake the earth.

Yusuke with all techniques from the very end of the manga vs. child Goku from the very beginning of the manga (no flight, no Kamehameha, no flying nimbus). Goku wins mid-diff. At best, Yusuke could push child Goku into transforming, then beast Goku ends him.

For the life of me I cannot remember, but I could have sworn something mentioning that S-Class Demons are of a relative power level to a Super Saiyan.

Considering end series Yusuke's Class is S+, I'd assume he can handle at the most a Goku vs Frieza level Goku...

But if that information was wrong... I'd say he'd take the Kaioken Goku that fought Vegeta for the first time. Since it was mentioned that A or S class demons alone can be a threat to the world... let alone an S-Class... I'll give Yusuke at best Vegeta Arrival Arc Goku.

Seriously? Yusuke's greatest feat was during chapter black while fighting Sensui. He was destroying large mountains then, and at the end of the series he isn't going to do too much better than that. SSJ Goku is planetary yet no one in YYH is that level not even Raizen who would still roflstomp 4 Kings Yusuke. I think you need to read the manga.
