Misaka: Sensei! You could have at least warned me..humph -.-
Misaka: Anyways...um, well, for starters, lightning release is my favourite basic element. It's so versatile and at the same time it could be used for both offensive and defensive attacks. I also like that its techniques are, for the most part, fast. I'm a quick thinker. I'm constantly thinking of my next move or the proper counter I need to perform and for this, lighting release is essential because it goes on par with my strategies. I'd always watch my mum practice her lighting techniques at the village's training grounds and it never failed to amuse me..heh..guess you could say it sort of made our bond a tad stronger. I see lighting release as an innate ability that hasn't flourished yet..but, with your help, I'm positive I'll be able to master it in no time!
Misaka: Hmm, well, it obviously didn't feel soothing..but I wouldn't say it hurt either..it was more like a shock. Obviously you sent a small amount of electricity that wasn't intended to hurt me in the first place so that could explain the lack of pain. Honestly, it was sort of a thrill! I've never been electrified before so after it happened, I was somewhat exited.
Three Lighting Users and Techniques:
Kakashi Hatake -Jonin rank shinobi from Konoha. He knows over a thousand jutsus -earning him the title of Copy Ninja Kakashi- and is one of the few people to posses the Sharingan without being born to the Uchiha Clan. He has a calm, poised and relaxed composure. He is usually seen with a traditional Jonin apparel along with a mask that covers his mouth. Also, his forehead protector is titled a little to the side enough to hide the Sharingan.
Technique: Lighting Beast Running Technique-By manipulating lighting chakra into his hand, Kakashi Hatake is able to make the lightning expand and manifest itself in the form of a hound or dog. The hound remains connected to Kakashi's hand, alloqing him to control it however he wants during the attack.
Third Raikage - Was the leader of the Village Hidden in the Clouds thirty years before the Fourth Shinobi War erupted. The Third Raikage has a calm and seemingly level-headed personality. He is also a man of honour as seen in some instances in the past where he became outraged at Muu and Onoki for trying to tak advantage of the Allied Shinobi War after it disbanded.
Technique: Hell Stab-The Third Raikage's most powerful technique. He concentrates a considerable amount of lighting release chakra in just the tip of his fingertips of a single hand. Afterwards, he proceeds to perform a thrusting motion that enables him to cut or pierce his enemy in a very similar way to that of the Chidori.
A (Fourth Raikage) -He is the Third Raikage's son and the current Raikage of Kumogakure. He's Killer Bee's adoptive brother. He is very caring towards his brother and holds his father, the Third Raikage, with high regards. He is a tall dark-toned man with a large muscular build, with yellow hair combed back, a beard and a small mustache.
Technique: Lighting Release Armour-A covers his body in lighting release chakra that allows him to react quicker to danger and to push physical capabilities to the absolute limit, giving the Raikage tremendous base speed. What this technique does is that it stimulates the user's nervous system and, through neural synapes, it gives A an upper hand in battle.
