Uchiha's had a long history when it came to opposing powerful figures, especially kages.No matter who, where, or why, there was always some epic battle taking place most of the time with an uchiha leading the way, maybe it was because of their battle loving nature or perhaps it was their way to assert their dominance over ninja they felt were inferior to them and their clan as a whole.Regardless of the reason, Yusei would be the next uchiha to carry on the tradition as he tracked down the where-abouts of the infamous third kazekage with no real motive behind his actions but a simple lust for battle.Having done his research Yusei had at least attempted to come prepared.Now standing face to face Yusei out right challenged the third.

"Kazekage Prepare for battle."

With that Yusei began his plan of attack.Keeping in mind that the 3rds Iron sand was said to have no elemental weaknesses Yusei knew this fight would rely more on strategy then anything else.As he did one hand-seal and released his lightning chakra into the ground which would pool beneath the kazekage and erupt into a large column of lightning enveloping him within it.Only that was just the start as Yusei would then preform one more hand-seal immediately after causing 4 large pillars to surround the kazekage and release a barrage of lightning bolts and currents.Though Yusei knew that at best the combo would only stall him for a while and thus chose to create a lightning clone for what he presumed would be a long and thrilling battle.

Description: After the user performs the Ram → Boar → Dog → Bird → Hare hand seals, he releases his lightning chakra into the ground, using it to forcefully shape the earth into 4 big pillars (proportionate to the target area) around the target. Once they rise, they unleash a barrage of lightning bolts, currents and shocks to whatever is inside, paralyzing, shocking and damaging the target from all around.

Description: User creates a Shadow Clone of himself but made from lighting chakra. When the clone gets hit he will return to its previous state of pure lighting chakra. The clone has a physical substance and therefor is able to use ninjutsu and taijutsu techniques as well as he has all the normal moves the user has.
Note: Can only use lightning based techniques up to B rank.
