Description: With this technique the user will be able to manipulate a Raiton technique using his hand to release a shield like intangible force of magnetic chakra, having no effect on a human body whatsoever, that messes with the electromagnetic forces the lightning naturally carries, bonding its particles together. This technique only works on focused lightning techniques as the molecules are more uniformed and as such are easier to manipulate. Depending on the rank, the following countermeasures can be made:
C ranked and below: The user can dispel the technique completely by splitting the very electrons and protons that compose the lightning to completely eradicate it.
B ranked: The user can bend the lightning directly towards the attacker with a slower speed than it originally came
A ranked: The user is able to redirect the lightning to the left, right or directly upwards of his postion but not back at the opponent
S ranked: The user is only capable of merely pushing the targetted jutsu to his left or right, slightly changing the trajectory, saving his skin. If the jutsu in question has a broad damage radius, then within reason, the user can be damaged by its after effects.
Note:
- Can only be done 2x
- No other Jiton technique can be used during the turn performed
- Can only be taught by Elyon
- Requires a turn cool down

Very simple yet useful technique. I don't have any questions , the jutsu was very well written ad simple to understand. Have you ever thought about updating it to make it applicable to more then lightning techniques maybe energy based techniques in general?
