This was a confusion and many threads were made about it. Today I have proof that its a man not a drop of ink, at 500% zoom it doesn't look like a drop of ink. Kishimoto has some tricks up his sleeve waiting to be discovered.

I don't know but that looks like a 100% man, two legs and the head is perfect. It doesn't look like Madara or Orochimaru(as I wanted) though.

Look at the zoom. It doesn't look like a mistake, it is a person and I don't think its Sakura, it is Hamura I think.
