Why are you giving Yugito moves she doesn't have ? She's never been shown using any kind of TBB in her lifetime, the only reason she could do it vs Naruto was due to Obito forceng her and her Jin to work together.

Yugito would win by logic. Anything could have happen in the plot to explain what happen. Like Hidan could have had her blood befor she used Biju abilities. Also, she wasn't using full BM when she fought Hidan and Kakuzu, compare the Nibi when Obito summoned it and when she fought Hidan and Kakuzu in the manga. Huge difference.

She didn't have full BM mode. She only had it as an Edo.
