I personally believe Tsunade-sama would win, I mean come on! Only power Yugito has comes from her bijuu. If she'd let Nibi take control it really wouldn't be Yugito fighting anymore.

i dont think kakuzu really did anything that fight im pretty sure hidan just swiped the jinchuriki with his scythe and was somehow able to still use the ritual unlike people like to believe its a pretty deadly technique no info

kakuzu is kage above while hidan is probly elite ninja rank ( below tsunade) but both together could beat her and yugito

Kishi didn't even have the idea of Yugito during that chapter. Just because it's stated it doesn't make it true. It was said during the Zabuza arc that the third was the strongest shinobi. Is that true? Yes (* at that time) only because he hadn't come up with Madara, Hashirama, Minato or any other strong shinobi. Even Gaara can solo Hiruzen mid diff
