Crade: Me?? Im a duel monster spirit
theirs thousands of us out their.Kenji: O.O your only supposed to be a card......your not supposed to be here...talking... walking....asking for stuff to eat....
Crade: Well we have to eat sometime!!
Kenji: o.o why am i talking to something that was made out of card board....why am i still up right now.... what the hell do duel monster spirits even eat???!!!
Crade: Look Kenji!! im here to help you!! so stop your complaining and stop with your yelling!!
Kenji: how do you know my name??
Crade: Well ive been lost down under that bed for sometime now, whenever i try to talk to your sister she cant see or hear me. But I can hear and see her. All she ever does is talk about her brother Kenji who is getting into trouble and cant ever do things right anymore and he's throwing his life away. She says that the best way to turn your life around is for you to come here and live with her! So i figured hey why shouldnt I help?? So here I am!!
Kenji: o.o.... okay... im just gonna wake up tomorrow and figure out that this was all a dream. Im just gonna crawl back into bed.
Crade: Good idea!! you should rest and tomorrow we'll start your new life!!
* The next morning*
Kenji: Hmm *yawn* ...man did I have the weirdest dream. *Sniff* Is that breakfast?? Yes!! Kazumi made breakfast!!!!!
*Kenji get's out of bed, runs to his bedroom door*
Crade: Save some for me!!!
Kenji: Okay sure!!......O.O what the hell was that......
Crade: Oh come on you really didnt think that was a dream did you??!
You should be happy!! New place and youve already made a best friend!!Kenji: o.o how is it you exist....
Crade: *sigh* dont you have anything new to say?? You give the same expression everytime you talk. Most people cant see me or hear me you should feel happy and excited!!
Kenji: o.o okay... well im going to go eat... you stay here
Crade: aww come on!! I havent been able to talk to anyone or eat yet take me with you!!!
Kenji: Just wait here o.o....
*Kenji closed the door and quietly walked down the stairs*
Kazumi: Good morning sleepy head! I made you breakfast!
Kenji: Thank you 0.0.....
Kazumi: Whats the matter I thought you always liked my breakfast???
Kenji: I do... but...have you ever seen any duel spirits before?? And if so why am I talking to one in my bed room??
Kazumi: Your talking to duel spirits?!! How is that..... you are able to??!
Kenji: Yes...0.0 he told me he was hungry.
Kazumi: Who?!! who?!!
Kenji: His name is Crade. He lives under the bed o.o
Kazumi: Wait Crade? That card has been under your bed?! I've been looking for that card for ages! He was my first card that was approved my Maximillion Pegasus!
*Kazumi got out of her seat and then ran upstairs into Kenji's room and moments later came out*
Crade: Kenji!!!! your sister found me!!! She told me to tell you to share your food!!
Kenji: He's talking to me right now Kazumi
Kazumi: Well its either the strangest thing or its fate.... I've read on duel spirits and theirs only a select certain of people that can actually talk to them. Most of them are to said to have strong spirits themselves, if not all.
Kenji: What do you mean by fate?
Kazumi: Well as you know your here to turn your life around. And that got me thinking. What if duel monster's is the key to turn your life around.
Kenji: Look I'm fine the way I am! I dont need duel monster's and I dont need Crade and I dont need you!
Kazumi: Why are you always so angry!!
Kenji: Im not!!
Kazumi: Ever since dad was killed you turned into this arrogant kid who hates everyone!! Not everyone is out to get you!! We just want to help!! And I may not be able to see Crade but I'm sure he wants to help you too!!
Kenji: What do you know anyway?!
Crade: Kenji stop. Like it or not your father isnt here anymore.
Kenji: What?....
Crade: I know everything about what happend to your father. You were the only person that was their that night. You saw everything. But things happen Kenji. Life or death he will always be their.
Kenji: He left Crade!! He told me from day one he'd always be around!!! He was'nt supposed to die!! Those people took him from me!! They murder'd him!! I ran off across the street for two seconds and he was killed!!
Crade: You cant control everything Kenji. If you had stayed something could have happend to you too. You being their with your father for his last moments was probably what he wouldeve wanted before he passed. What would you think if he saw you now Kenji? Do you think this is what he wanted his son to become??
*Kenji fell to his knee's in tears*
Kazumi (thoughts): Did Crade just speak to him?! If so he's gotten through to him!... Kenji.....
Kazumi: Kenji everything is going to be alright.
Kenji: *Sob* No more fighting!... *sniffle* No more getting into trouble. I will become a duelist. I will make Father proud. I will make Mom proud. I will make you proud as well. And I will do it, with my new best friend. Crade....thank you. We'll achieve my goal together. We'll make everyone proud!
Crade:
yes we will!!! Kenji we'll make it through anything!! Kenji: Yes we will pal.... but can you stop trying to eat my breakfast. Duel spirits cant eat food.
