Oh this battle is so designed for me Sengoku Bio (in sig)
Btw, allow me some corrections, as I think it will be way more epic this way:

Roger having spoken those words unsheathes his Sword of the Darkness Flame in his left hip, holding it in his hand as he with great excitement charges towards Sengoku while leaping into the air, the two men head into a clash of the ages..

-Keh, nothing less to be expected from you, Pirate King. You know I have respect for you, but what you are doing is wrong. Attacking the government only creates more wars, more hatred. If only you listened to me back then... If only you enrolled in the marines, we could have rid the world of wars. Assuring everyone's safety, that is my priority. Even if I have to kill a friend to do so, I will.
I then release my Chidori Eiso (extending it only 2 metters in front of me), and with it, I clash with your sword at close range. I start with a hit directed to your head, changing my attack at the last moment, and directing it towards your right gut. meanwile, I draw my katana with my left hand, and slash you to the left gut, simultaneously with the other attack. I then throw my katana to your left, behind you (to you, it would look like I attempted a hit and missed), wile jumping backwards. Unknown to you, the katana is attached with ninja wire (the wire is barely visible, but you might notice it). I then clap my hands, releasing a lighting cube around me. The lighting from the cube is also conducted in the ninja wire, and the katana. Finally, I throw a small lighting ball to your right.

I have never tried to start wars. You government people are the ones who want to get rid of me. Coming to my hometown to arrest me is proof of it.
Roger in the air descends upon Sengoku who has made a Chidori Eiso and swung with a strike directed at his head. Roger then swing his sword horizontally from his left to right infront of his to protect his head while coming down as he clash with Sengoku and slices through his Chidori Eiso where in a continuos motion manage to graze his forehead a little, dealing a small cut because of his swords trajectory being altered a little from the clash. Roger then sees the other sword aiming to slash his gut and swing his left hand near his stomach to split the sword, the ground and cause it to buckle with rocks flying up and the ground getting slightly lowered around us from the impact.
(Futon: Kōha Reppūken) - Wind Release: Hardliner Gale Chop
With this, Roger having not even made contact with the ground uses the force of his technique to make a backflip to create distance between him and Sengoku. Once having landed, he swing his sword downward to his right to splash a little blood on the ground before pointing it directly at Sengoku.
I was meaning to slice your throat, your sword changed my trajectory..however, it appears i still got you a little.
Roger says those words as the rain pours in Loguetown, the blood washes away in the quiet scene of two men staring each other down, the tension was high and the only thing heard was the background noise of the pouring rain..
