Nah, it takes too much time, you gotta be your own man, come up with something creative on your own.
Maybe i'm willing to help create ce for someone but that's not the shops purpose and i hope no one post here that they need help creating a jutsu or element.U_U

I saw my own idea before just in a greatly nerfed version and different element. however mine was DNR... <_<

The very act of a mod saying Do NOT Resubmit generally means you do NOT resubmit it, therefore this thread in a way is you advertising that you plan to break forum rules.. smart move yubel

Yubel no offense bro but I rather do my own trial and error testing instead of having to work with someone.I only would with a CE.But ohter than that I wouldnt need help in my own Jutsus

I like his idea, but not in a large scale like this. I mean this place is too public.
