In Yugioh manga are divine cards immune to the effects of spell cards and monsters effects ?

Well if this supposed YuGiOh manga is even remotely like the anime, then your question is pointless as the anime makes up whatever rules, card rulings, and/or card effects it needs for that episode.

In the TCG, their summoning condition includes immunity to summon negation. Specific cards, can't remember which, cannot be targeted at all.
