Not only to but a lot of people he look like Yusei but he is Aigami.

Who is Aigami? I wondering if this movie will be a one time thing or will there be a continuation?

The Villain's name is Aigami. Hope there is going to be a new series or another movie sequel... Takahashi introduces the new Villain together with 2 others.

Even though it doesn't need it since Yu-gi-oh actually had some decent series like GX, and 5ds. I really hope they revamp the game. To make it more funner than luck based.

To me it seems too odd for the creator to "make" the Movie... (he has abig role in the movie) I think behind this movie there is something bigger. Takahashi even said he wants to explain some things. He even made a new Villain with a little gang of his... Gx and and 5D's are good but in the end are just spin offs. The Original Yugioh Manga which was then made in anime is the Main Story.

Yeap. The other series had manga versions BUT the anime and the manga versions were completely different! In the Original he had all in all the same story but in the others not at all.

Nope because there are things that can be told like Kaiba's connection with Kisara which was not explored in the manga because Takahashi when he wrote the Millenium Arc was ill and he didn't finish it like he wanted... Takahashi had the pretty much the whole/full control for the Movie and surely he can now have control (most of it) for a new anime. The manga was what made the anime in the end. They need him for something new with the original cast. Pokemon made the mistake that's its characters never grow but in Yugioh that's not the case.

The original was the only good show. Cool that it comes back.
I mean, I didn't play Yugioh for 6-7 years now, but childhood-memories are the best memories.
I hope it will be as good as the start of Digimon Tri. That was already very awesome.

Now about the latest trailer:
The new plot looks interesting, even more than the Anubis-thing a couple of years ago.
But I really don't like this 3D-CGI, look how ugly animated the blue-eyes white dragon is. The dark magician looks awesome tho.

As for me I like the Original the most... And to be exact this after the Manga and not anime... Have you seen the Japanese version with subs? It's way better than the dub.... And that's Blue Eyes Alternative Dragon... (I liked him in the trailer) And lastly Anubis is not cannon

The manga has the almost same ending... But Kaiba is not in the Millenium World Arc and the Ceremonial Duel... In the Manga there differences with the anime. Like Pegasus being dead... Also, the manga is not connect with the other spin off series...

It still wouldn't last very long. The movie is here for the exact purpose of explaining stuff and acting as a huge throwback at the original series.

Also, YGO used the right formula to stay alive, keep changing the generations to keep it fresh. The fact that the last two sucked is a different topic alltogether but the point is, its better not to drag out the original and ruin its great ending just for the sake of older fans (wich will be displeased if their fav series is ruined) who don't want things to change.

Now, about the rumors of this not being connected to the anime. Nowhere was it stated that this is an alternate (manga canon) movie. It's just made to commemorate 20 years of YGO manga (just like how Bonds Beyond Time was there to celebrate 10 years of anime), but the story shouldn't be exclusive to manga (wich is pretty close to the anime, but with a few twists as you pointed out). The 5DX theme has already been played out pretty well, so a good quality continuation like this would be a much more valued experience then manga-exclusive story.

I'm just worried about the title because it hints greately at Arc-V, wich is a huge problem. I hope it has nothing to do with it, because that series sucks big time.

Put a mark there going "my opinion" because 5D's was acclaimed almost as much as the original, the only downfall being a too big change with the motorcycles and the fact that it's a spin-off. It's story and characters are downright on par with the original, and even excel at certain parts.

Also, Anubis was crap, the real deal is Bonds Beyond Time. And Never Ever watch YGO in anything but the original. The dubs ruin it so much its a criminal act.

Watched one of the trailers and must say i'm def hyped for this! The nostalgia, damn ~
But it's sad that we won't see Atem. The best character of the series will be missed.
