on a serious note it will probally be an excellent exchange of punches they will probally match each other move for move but the time limit for guy will be over and he will die.. however by the end of this its possible he gave naruto and sasuke the time to get themselves up and reveal some decent power

Madara seems to know about the 8 gates so it's going to be a tough one. There's a possibility that Gai "mastered" it and has some tricks up his sleeve, but I don't think it would be able to severely hurt Madara. 8th gate may have more power than a Kage, but Madara is a god at this point.

Madara has seen the 8th gate before, because as gai opens the 7th gate , madara is seen saying blue sweat talk to me when its red. Whicheans he knows that the sweat turns red during the 8th gate. Gai supports this by saying that he will have to become a red beast instead of a blue beast. So I don't think he will do much to madara but qoute me when I say gais effort will make an opening for the sages tools to be used. That's why ten was off panel and lee said she went to check something out.

I dunno, I don't think Madara fought/seen what a gate user can do. He has knowledge about the gates, but I don't think he fought one before

7th gate got 3 hits on madara and current madara solos history makes gai maybe top 5 in history if gai can get 3 hits and to get madara to move far back gai will most likely will be super near madaras power alone

Highly disagree, i dont think 8 gates will put someone at the same level of a sage, sorry. I honestly say that atmost he will be bm narutos level.

If.you think 8 gates will surpass hashirama you must reread the manga

EMS madara gai could take him, Rinnegan madara could go either way with extreme diff ( madara knows too many op rinnegan jutsus ).
