It's also inferior to naruto's since a few chapters ago when naruto was giving everyone his chakra, kurama mentioned that naruto has now surpassed minato. Obviously, Kurama was aware Minato could do this when he said it.

i thought this as well at first....but no the markings he has are bm, not kcm. The only difference would be he would still have a cloak while in kcm because he is physically wearing a cloak.
