Killer Bee. His go with the flow attitude is definitely something that keeps the balance between seriousness and comedy in the manga/anime. Also, he's never one to showboat his powers and never seems to be discouraged by anything. He was willing to end his own for Naruto which is an even greater attribute to his character that he knows it's not all about him. His relationships with his friends and family is one that isn't matched by any other character, and other than design, he's probably the most original character personality wise imo.

Orochimaru = One in a generation genius, strongest Sannin, unrivaled in intelligence.

[Young Vongola]

Shikamaru - He's like my anime counterpart. When I began watching Naruto I was automatically in love with the guy because we are the same. Smart yet lazy, but will get shit done when it needs to be. Besides that, he is probably the most developed character in K11 (besides the 3 main characters). He knows how to grow from his experiences, specifically the loss of Asuma, and and his mission failure of retrieving Sasuke. He's just a great character, strength isn't everything.

A close second is Gaara. I just love how he went from a cold-hearted murderer with a sad past to a strong Kage who will do anything to protect hos village. His speech to the ninja alliance was great because you woul never expect him to make it given who he was in the beginning of part one. He's just a character you gotta feel for.

Kakashi cause he is a G and his personality not to mention his awesomness
