I don't see how sports fans can follow other teams. Like at work I can't carry a convo about sports because I only watch and know about local Boston teams. I don't follow other teams, up and coming college players, and I struggle to follow my team when they sell off and trade their players. Like right now I'm still a celtics fan but they traded Ray Allen. And Pierce, Garnett, and Rondo all have uncertain futures. I don't seee myself following the Celts when they leave

Most of my male friends (who also like anime, manga, etc...) don't care much for sports. I find many of those guys who watch sports religiously are the ones who would consider that stuff too nerdy and lame. Not all, but most.

I'm a girl who gets weird looks for watching hockey and wrestling, because I'm a "nerd" and should not care for it.

I HATE watching sports. It is so boring and my give-a-**** ometer cannot possibly go any lower when watching. I'd rather play them or not do it.

I don't understand this obsession with Sports Viewing. It's freaking gay, if you ask me. Playing them is something totally different. Why is today's generation such a ****ing couch potato?
