You dont have to explain why but please tell me which ones from each gen you owned. Here is my top 6.
# 6. Gen 1 the reasons are obvious. i played Pokemon Leaf Green wich i count as gen 1 evne though it technichally is gen 3. Ther is no way i will ever play reed or pblue version UUUUGGGHHHHHH
# 5.Gen 6 not enough post game content, kalos region was borng and so were the gym leaders they were worst gyms leaders ever imo. i got pokemon X

# 4.Gen 5 good story good pokemon, has some of the best gym leaders in the series,unova was an awsome region and may have had the most diverse areas. allowed me to fight every gym leader from the past games and the past champs.
but it b&w lacked post game material ulike b&w2 i got Pokemon Black and Black 2
# 3. Gen 4 Was the first one with 3d renderd evironments, i caught the most pokemon i ever had in any other pokemon game so i like that, was very fun overall. I got Pokemon Daimond
# 2. Gen 2 has two regions to go to, had the first set of new pokemon, had one of my favorite pokemon trainer design ( i mean the one you have to play as) introduced a female trainer to play as and for some reason i was obsessed with it. ( i am including of hg&ss because i never owned the original two. I got Pokemon Heart Gold but i did play may brothers crystal version on the reare occasions he let me. i also played my freinds gold version for a while.
# 1. Gen 3 it is the generation i started with and as a result i find EVERYTHING about it nostalgic and the music is SSSSSOOOOO GOOOOOOD, it was the gen that introduced the concept of rebattling gym leaders and the battle frontier and it also had the best battle frontier gimicks. ( the first pokemon game i played was leaf green and the second one was ruby so i had a tremendous jump in quality wich is also what i think contributes to why i like this gen so much. I got Pokemon Ruby but played my brothers emerald version rarely when he let me.
there mine is also i am soo excited for the remakes, are you guys?
