Naruto Uzumaki- once you kill/harm/hurt anything he cherishes or loves......his strength increases exponentially until you can manage to calm him down...sometimes you can't!

Sauske Uchiha- Once he has determined you are somewhat responsible for any harm done to the uchiha name or you have a direct involvement in the uchiha massacre OR your just his target in anyway....He will utilize his anger and hatred much like naruto used to....to finish or kill you off..and if your going to insult his clan or his brother in the midst of battle....pshh good luck not getting killed!

Pain/Nagato- In battle he was unbelievable....i still cant believe he destroyed konaha in that manner...it took one jutsu honestly....one.....his ideals are dangerous but understandable..he truly wants peace but he didnt believe that love was required...he thought more pain and violence was required to stop pain and violence....initially he sounds like a regular old crazy anime character....BUT pain/nagato was the exception..because at one time he was trying to fight for peace...but as time went on he lost more comrades and received more pain....its sad really.

Itachi Uchiha- Man this guy is ridiculous....Danzo and tobi come out with "izanagi"?....itachi gets revived from the dead, breaks out of its spell controls it, (..on accident but he has wayy more feats/hype to cover that up in a sense) and then uses "IZANAMI"!....and defeats kabuto...the "said closest to the sage of 6 paths than anyone else" and uncasts edo tensei himself...itachi honestly amazes me by his intelligence, philosophy, strength, and his ability to present himself as the unknown/secret. he is a wild card uchiha who appears to not exactly have a limit to his true nature or abilities..thats how i see it anyways.



A tie between hashirama and madara:

If you like the good guys....hashirama is your idol, the senju & uzumaki clan,and all the hokages look like supreme champions and they will live on for ever and ever....
However?
If you like the "bad guys"....Madara uchiha, the uchiha clan, The akatsuki and Co.
then those mentioned will probably be your most feared and your idol and supreme champions for ever and ever...

the only person alive in the manga who should be the most feared is:
