I updated it. Missed the Marines part until I had already posted.
Anyways, 'Cause Tsuru is the ideal woman. She keeps her Laundry skills on hand at all times lol .
I excluded Vergo since he's actually a pirate.
I'm joking.
Realistically, its because she's a strategist. She's also the Second in command at Marinford. She technically out ranked the Admirals during Marinford lol.
I find her character interesting. She's calm and. Collected. She's a veteran like Sengoku and Garp. And she's one of those characters who is strong and does so with an odd DF most people would complain about having: Wash-Wash Fruit.

Ah, I see your angle then. I'd like to see her flashback though, it would be interesting if her and Robin met and she learned some secrets about the gov't from her history.

he is one of the most badass marines to walk the planet. And He doesn't give a fudge about his supierors orders he follows his own morals.
Smoker
A monster in his own right. He is one of my favorites simply because the alabasta scene where he screamed at his superiors for not giving the Straw hats credit.
Sengoku
Budda fruit... badass. Nuff said

She believes what she says and I dont see alot of marines in One piece doing that. She Cried because she had to help pirates at alabasta. She cares more about people she hasn't met than her own pride and even gives the straw hats credit when leaving punk hazard. For a government Dog she is great

Would do anything for his dream and was willing to die to save the people at Marine ford and is the only instance we have of unlocking haki through trauma. And now he isnt a joke he actually can hold his own. I cant wait for him and luffy to fight.
