by RAW abilities I mean based on Raw feats and abilities and not skill

With this being said who is your top 5?

Edo can be added but they are killable

Mine would be

1) Obito - Black Goo blitz gg, super fast, weird body techs, Perfect sensing, flying, 1 shot TNJ abilities
2) Kabuto - (List too long)
3) Tobirama - FTG, Edo tensei, Suiton, Experience, analyzing abilities
4) Itachi - totsuka, Yata mirror, MS techs, 1 shot moves, Can read opponents, Suiton, Katon
5) Muu - Invisibility, Dust release, Sensor, Flying

Talk about feats shown.
Hashi hasnt shown much feats only hype
