1. High Fashion - I feel like people buy into the whole putting your name on things makes it more expensive. With things like computers, utilities, or cars you pay for the quality. However with clothes, I feel like people see a Polo by Ralph Lauren and think it's the coolest thing over, meanwhile there's a Polo by some random brand in Wal-mart that is made of the exact same material and looks the exact same, but is looked down upon because it lacks a popular name.
2. Strip Clubs - I feel like boys that turn 18 instantly think they need to go to the strip club because of some rite of passage. When in reality, it's literally you pay for something you could get for free. Unfortunately I made that mistake once and I regret spending every dollar.
3. Social Media - I agree that it helps some people expand their business ventures and helps people connect. That's all well and fine. However you get the women who lack any personality at all and think their lives depend on likes. That shit will never make sense to me. People are becoming dependent on virtual acceptance.
