He is pathetic, whining about his abilities, can't even take a white zetsu down, is one of the 7 swordsmen of the mist, but doesn't deserve to have that sword, his personality is weak and pathetic.

Itachi for being the posterboy of being so overpowered, he's broken, I need say no more
Kakashi because he's never killed anyone with kamui, yet his rabid fanimals claim that since he Kamui'd Sasuke's arrow, he can 1 shot anybody instantly

Toad summon-they were alot experience with jiraya
Tsunade slug summon-information on pein from research and jiraya .The slug can also heal as a back up
Ninetail-Naruto give up himself for the nintail to beat deva path
Minato - reseal the tailbeast and waked up naruto from the tailbeast control
Talk no jutsu:kishimato make him use that inorder to change nagato mind.If naruto did not use talk no jutsu he will have die because we saw he was very help against edo nagato and Itachi have to save him several times

-Kakashi :he kill 1-2 heart.He also distracted
He alway get protected by kishimoto to make him look good in battlesbecause naruto alway have experience ninja or help at his side (lucky)
Shikamaru:He separate hidan from the battle field to kill him if he did not use the shadow control jutsu .Hidan will have kill naruto (sicne he reackless) and the other easily

-Gaara support him to use planetary resengan after he miss.If gaara did not support him then muu dust release will have kill naruto easy
3rd raikage
-Information about the 3rd raikage weakness from the 8 tail by the help of the sensors in konoha

-Killerbee said he will protect him since at the war which he do several time against the edo tailbeast host
Conclusion:Naruto is the main character of the anime but he reckless,he not improving base on learning more jutsu but he only spam what he have in his arsenal .His base skill is the same as his advance skills nothing new (eg resenga,resengan shriken etc

3 Kabuto :Because he just hiding and use his edo to do his work for him.
