Here are mine. Keep in mind I love this series (I wouldn't spend hours my time researching topics like Byakugan vs sharingan, collecting all of hiruzens feats, making predictions ect if I wasn't) so don't perceive me as a hater. This has gotten way longer then expected so I put my 3 complaints below so no need to read the entire thing, I just like putting detailed information in for people who do read it all. Anyway I'm just curious as to what your biggest complaints are.
1-Inconsistent

1-The manga is so inconsistent. Having Hashirama's DNA(Along with anyones) put in you is supposed to kill you, there is a 1/60 chance you'll die.
Yet Danzo was able to survive, and Madara on the brink of death survived. The body doesn't like foreign DNA according to orochimaru who was renowned for his human experiments so his word is very credible. That goes for Kabuto too he has all of the sound 5 + karin DNA/Jugo/Suigetsu DNA. I could go on for hours about how inconsistent this is but I'm just getting a general message across. I just hate how the story constantly switches up main points. Kishimoto said the 4th could not surpassed, he also said Hashirama was the strongest shinobi, he also said hiruzen was the God of Shinobi he never has a clear message as to how the facts are presented and instead states things that are contradictory to each other. I'd be here all day explaining how Tobi being Obito can never be consistent with the time line but I don't have time for that. I'm not hating but I do like consistent stories that follow each other. I understand that he wants the manga to end but that doesn't mean you get lazy and create inconsistencies.
2-The character naruto. Here we see naruto actually acting like Minato using intelligence and planning out his battle strategies based around the Kage Bunshin and Rasen shurriken
. Now naruto's intelligence and same fighting style still are in effect during his fight with the Six paths. Chapter 433
is a clear cut example of how his intelligence remains and actually increased to the fact that he had made a plan, then made a backup plan if that plan failed all while in the middle of fighting one of the most powerful characters in the manga. Now here is where things get really stupid. Look at this
Why did his intelligence dissipate to acting like he was in part 1. He knows he has the ability to absorb it. Its also irritating reading "Hey Nagato how did you do that, you gotta teach me" when he knows damn well its apart of the rinnegans abilities. Kishimoto is constantly switching Naruto between Minato intelligence and just sheer stupidity.
3-Kakashi's character. I am a HUGE kakashi fan but I just don't understand what Kishimoto was thinking at the end. Originally in part 1 he could only use chidori 4 times
. Now that's fine, and in part 2 due to training he can use it 6 times a day. That's fine too, nothing wrong with improvement. Now Kakashi's chakra levels remained consistent throughout all of shippuden(except when fighting Tobi) I'll put the entire explanation in a spoiler if you doubt my word. However be advised its long so only read if you don't have a life.
Now here's the issue I have with it. Kakashi has been fighting for 24+ hours with constant use of his sharingan. It was originally stated in shippuden he could go for beyond a day without requiring rest using it so that's dandy. He also has used Kage Bunshin,
a double raikiri with it
, a thunder slash (which is a variant of raikiri
, he used Kamui 5 times during his fight with Obito, + his signature earth style wall. Also he used Raikiri twice I believe vs Zabuza and Haku, not to mention his "rampage" that was left out. (this is prior to receiving chakra) Now this is just me personally, but I don't like these "sudden improvements" without any sort of explanation. His chakra levels were consistent throughout the entire part 2 until the war. Then all of a sudden he can use a Kage bunshin (which splits your chakra in half), 5 raikiri's(if you count the clone), Kamui 5 times, go on a rampage, and some earth style before receiving chakra. Kakashi is broken or the story can't keep consistency. Kishi could of simply showed kakashi eating a chakra pill which gives you chakra for 3 days but instead kakashi has gotten so good, he can use 5 raikiri's, 5 kamuis, kage bunshin, fight for a day with the sharingan and earth style without running out of chakra. Just to put things in perspective, he used 2 Raikiri's, + earth style wall, + kage bunshin + 2 kamui's and died. Keep in mind in 2.5 years he increased his chakra levels by 33% so there's no way it increased that much in the time span of Pains arc and the War.

Kamui is a jutsu that allows the user to warp space and time. However each eye allows the
user to use different techniques. The left eye's primary use of Kamui is based on line of
sight and as such does not require physical contact to warp a target into the other
dimension. By focusing a barrier space and concentrating on that target, Kamui will
distort space and the target will be drawn into other dimension. When Kakashi first used
this technique, it required great concentration and was difficult to aim, dragging in only
Deidara's arm when he aimed for his head. By his reunion with sasuke, Kakashi was able to
use Kamui to stop Two undodge-able arrows indicating his mastery over
the Kamui
Kakashi normally has to be hospitalized after using kamui 3 times. (EX kakashi vs deidara)
(also to be noted after having half chakra he could only use kamui once and the next time
he would die meaning during the battle with pain at 100% chakra he can only use it 3 times
maximum and if he chooses to use it again he dies) When around Obito however he was
able to use it 5 times + multiple Raikiri(and variations) + some earth style.
Kakashi also has been seen after using Kamui twice that he cannot move his body
effectively as seen here
Now kakashi has shown to completely master Kamui when facing sasuke by being able to warp
two arrows which are impossible to dodge one after the other.
Here
kakashi states that Obito's Kamui has the ability to DE-matierialize and
warp things while we have seen kakashi simply attack and "warp" things only around Obito.
Now here
Obito clearly states that when both eyes are
together, their full powers can be unleashed. It is to be noted that Obito's Kamui
has never been used for offense like kakashi's thus proving the differences that
both eyes possess
To finish my explanation. Up until he went into combat with Obito, he was only able to use
kamui 3 times per day(as I have proven above). Now when facing Obito not
only is he not suffering the effects of blindness like he stated he was here
and proof of that kakashi was speaking in direct
reference to himself is here
but he is able to use it 5
times and can warp objects as large as the eight tails faster then obito can warp objects.
With the information I have presented above and the manga pages written by kishimoto to
back up my argument, it is clear and evident that kakashi is only displaying these
extraordinary feats due to both eyes being within close proximity of each other.
