Ok here's my top 10. No Edos, Sage or Sons.

what about Sasori? I know he is dead and gone but if not in the top ten where would you place him if you included Edo's? Honestly I think Sasori's skills are underrated because of when he lost to Sakura and Chiyo. I also noticed Jiraiya isn't in many lists so would he not be considered a top ten?

the 2nd Mizukage isnt fooling any Uchiha with his Genjutsu being as they see Chakra with their Sharingan we could also say the same with Muu. You are a fool if you think Muu or Oonoki are going to be able to hit let alone touch Minato. The 3rd Raikage wont be able to touch Minato either but being that we dont know any of Minato's techs besides the ones shown at best we can say tie until Minato reveals something more, but i still stand by that he would not be able to touch Minato.

I'm just going to say this, top ten lists are really hard to do because the farther you go down it, there are more characters of such close power it's impossible to tell who's superior. So, there will be more then ten characters on the list and I will NOT have Edo's on it.
1: Hashirama - Obvious reasons, he was said to be the closest living ninja to the Sage of Six Paths.
2: (EMS)Madara/Obito - I believe these two are rather equal in power, Madara obviously being more destructive. But Obito seems to be able to get around nearly all of Madara's more powerful moves. It's a toss up for me.
3: Obito/Madara - Reasons listed above.
4: Current Naruto - Naruto is currently a beast! Capable of using the TBB, a near perfect relationship with Kurama, powerful Rasengan variants, and the ever deadly Sage Mode to boot!
5: Prime Nagato - A prime Nagato is a force to be reckoned with, mastery of the Rinnegan and what was said to us, control over all the basic elements. I find it hard to believe many people can be put above him.
6: DSM Kabuto - DSM Kabuto is a plain and simple power house, he's nearly impossible to kill and his agility is off the charts! His intelligence gives him the edge in nearly any battle, but with the power of Orochimaru, team Taka, and the Sound Five backing him up, yeah. You'll need an asspull to win most of the time.
7: EMS Sasuke (Lack of feats) - This character is likely to rise in the ranks soon, but to me he's only at 7. His ability to spam his MS jutsu now though are rather deadly, and let's not forget all of those techniques and chidori variants he used earlier in the series. He still has a powerful move list AND can now keep up Susano'o without any negative effects to his eyes.
8: (Healthy)Itachi/Minato - I'm saying these two are roughly equal. Not saying a battle between them would end in a tie, I'm saying compared to everyone else and power wise. They are equal. Itachi is a VERY powerful Uchiha with a splendid affinity for Genjutsu. Not only that, but his taijutsu is decent enough to keep up with KCM Naruto and the way he handles melee combat is a rather scary thing, clone, genjutsu, kunai thrown at you. When we include the MS techniques, it's obvious that Itachi deserves his place as roughly 8/9 on the list. The dude is both an intelligent and powerful shinobi.
9: Minato/(Healthy) Itachi - Like the last one, they are equal power wise. I'm not saying there battles would turn out in draws. Minato has shown to be the quickest shinobi out there. His FTG gives him a pure advantage over nearly any other ninja. Not to mention that he is capable of picking apart enemy jutsu and discovering how they work. Much like he ddid to Obito and how he came up with the Rasengan. And he seems to have a great defense against large scale ranged attacks. S/t barrier.
10: Trollkage/Muu/Third Raikage/(Possibly) Tobirama/ (Possibly) Hiruzen - These guys all share the tenth spot. From what we've seen, they are all power houses and very hard to defeat. The first three kage had an entire alliance division against them and they struggled to be sealed. The Trollkage actually giving away his move list and telling them how to defeat him. Yet the struggled. And Muu even evaded being sealed the first time.
The latter two characters, the Hokage, I added in because I felt that they probably are powerful and around the tenth spot. We'll hopefully see more from them soon, but as a top ten list goes. . I think the best they can hope to achieve is a shared ten spot.
