there are so many disadvantages for bee. tsukuyomi can beat him...amaterasu can beat him as we`ve seen with sasuke....itachi defends against everything bee has with susanoo and yata mirror+itachi can seal bee with totsuka sword while bee`s in bijuu mode.....on top of it all itachi can use KA. i see no way for bee beating itachi
