Good or bad, just list your genuine opinion of these listed characters outside of their fanbase before all the fanboys taint them again ew.

Minato - I never was a big fan of Naruto, I preferred that Lee & Guy had proper speed and didn't literally teleport. Of course we knew nothing about the guy back then, I always thought he seemed a little smug and the main reason I disliked him was that people would spam as him in Storm 2 ALL THE TIME. Seeing that little smug face over & over got to me I guess aha. Of course now i've grown up a bit and after seeing the Kushina flashback I quite like the guy. Not hugely keen on him but I acknowledge that he is strong and would've been a great father. Capable of soloing Edo Madara or DMS Kabuto? No. No he is not.
Itachi - I have never liked Itachi. I don't like Kishimoto's praising of him, I don't like his abilities or his fights, I don't like his design and I definitely don't believe the 'Itachi good guy' deal was planned from the start. I just don't. Itachi seems forced and i'm just not a fan of 'Perfectly Ultimate, Selfless, Invinicible, Handsome characters. They're boring. Plus Itachi really wasn't flawless, he failed. Quite a lot. Finding a bunch of Itachi worshipping idiots on here barely helped.
Madara - I LOVED Madara back before he was revived. I always saw the madara/hashi backstory from his viewpoint and thought his design was awesome. Then he got reanimated and it turns out he's just another arrogant perfectly ultimate Uchiha who has to steal power from the Senju to fight better. That said, I still think he's decent- just a bit of a letdown. And I have never made an irritating Madara fan on my 2 years on this site.
Hashirama - Opposite case here. I disliked Hashirama for the same reasons as Minato really, I thought he'd be some stuck-up, Senju are the best **** who had to always be in the right but it turns out he's a really genuine, nice guy. I like that. Hashirama has fanboys but they're hardly ridiculous, Hashirama is possibly the strongest ninja in the manga, there's no arguing with that really. I still don't like people who like characters solely because they're the strongest. There's so much more to characters than that.
Nagato - Another character that people praise often. I dislike Nagato's powers, he was basically just a showcase for the Rinnegan but I LOVE Nagato's backstory. It's the best backstory in the show. Nagato himself now? eh. I preferred Pain really.
