Well, otters are my favorite animal...do that would be awesome. But not the most combat-ready. For all you stoners out there, a sloth would be perfect! But in terms of "woah that's epic" summons that haven't been mentioned (because dragons, hydra, phoenix, and chimera are all awesome), I gotta go with...a minotaur. With wings. Yeahhhhh.
