Not surprising at all. He doesn't have sharingan and mastered a lot of jutsu. I doubt it 100% though. ​

wouldnt surprise me... with all his hype and everything... however this tech should be left with just minato .. otherwise all the kages pretty much have the same abilities.. :/ it wouldnt be any good... hiruzen is great for his versatility in ninjutsu, taijutsu and genjutsu, minato has his seals and S/T and tobirama has his great water techs and Kenjutsu and hashirama has his mokuton.. its great that all there techs are different and have something they expertise in... if hiruzen does have it .. which i hope he doesnt.. it should be a bad version of it at the very least

I wouldn't be too surprised, considering he is a Sarutobi. Their entire clan are masters at the majority of styles and techniques, so I'd expect nothing less from Hiruzen.

However even if he could use FTG, he doesn't have the lightning-fast reflexes needed to use it as effectively as Minato.

It honestly wouldn't be that bad since he was known for knowing all of Konoha's jutsus. If he is as proficient at it as Minato, then that's a problem. He shouldn't even be as good at it as Tobirama is, he would have to have a weak version of FTG
