Nope. That's not how Amatersu works. It hits the target, spreads extremely fast, and then burns through the chakra for 7 days and nights if not extinguished by the sharingen user. Juubi would have nearly unlimited amount of Chakra as it's 10 tails after all. And once hit, Amatersu will only burn through the chakra for seven days and nights. It won't kill it, as the thing like I said has such a large volume of chakra. If the Juubi has a powerful technique to dispel the frames like Shinra Tensai's powerful version, then it can do this. Even if it doesn't Amatersu is not one-shotting the Juubi because of it chakra reserves. Hope this explains things.

well i assumed that after seeing what happened to bee,after he was hit by amaterasu he couldn't do anything,so basically amaterasu can one-shot a bijuu,which is enough to call it BS tech,also sasuke can burn juubi,then comes back after 7 days,ignites it again,go play some cards,return after another 7 days.

You assumed wrong then. The difference between Kurama and Hachibi alone is a colossal one and the latter is without half its chakra. You think that 10 tails would be reduced to ash because of Amatersu whose chakra reserves will outclass Kurama's by god knows how many times? Amataeru will hit it, but its chakra is so vast that it'll burn very slowly through it, and would be extinguished itself because of the near infinite chakra reserves.
