i am in the upper class and my elemental dragon is wind i also have a baby wind dragon as a pet
that dragon is answerable only to me and when someone from temoaririki dies the dracongan if is transplanted to someone outside the clan then he is killed

A power kind of like kaioken, I could amplify my strength, speed and chakra for short bursts but it would leave me vulnerable for a few seconds.
When its used my muscles would buff out and my skin would turn reddish.

Snow release..
Being able to cool down the atmosphere alot making is snow alot. giving the enemy close to zero vission.
and i'd be able to controle the snowstorms and make snowlike ice shurikens!!! and icicles! Also i'll be able to make my body turn into snowflakes when I get hit (much like Konans papertechnique / Itachis crowbunshin) and making snowclones and stuff ..
