The more you watch, the more you read, the more you discuss and debate with others. Some you agree with them, some you disagree with them. Thoughts and more deep thoughts how you want animes to be. How you want manga to be like. Characters even with flaws to be put in them on purpose, because perfection sometimes ruin the story. Ruin the enjoyment of the story and the character.
You might be good as a storyteller, but you don't have the skill to create, draw and design your characters. The beginning is either easy or harsh. Depends on your mood and your will. If I have to speak about myself, I, ArabianLuffy, sometimes I think about writing a light novel. I think light novel are better than manga. Even if I can draw manga, I wanna give tons and tons of details in everything. In characters and their design. In plot and universe. The hardest part in beginning to create, is to find your own identity. You don't wanna your ideas to resemble something from other manga / novel. you want to make something no one did before. The best you could come up with. The idea is still in my head, and I don't know when am I gonna take it seriously and be 100% committed to it, because for some reason I wish to inspire like how Hideo Kojima did. He always wanted to write light novel. I wonder how even the anime industry will be like if Kojima made his own novel and got adapted into anime.
Question: After a long life-time of anime and manga
1) Do you have concepts of your own universe that you think gonna be unique?
2) Ever imagined yourself starting your own manga / light novel?
