Mine would be the Tel Tel No Mi
It's a logia devil fruit where you can teleport at will from a 1-3 mile radius (depending if you and see it)
Also opponents can't strike you since your teleportation smoke protects you

It's only weakness to defeat this devil fruit user if the person uses the skill to much and which leaves the user weak and able to take a couple of hits
