I've just been thinking, why do people not consider movie attacks in a character's arsenal? I mean the movie was still approved by Kishimoto and that means he also approved the characters having that move. My sig for instance: if a movie made by Kishi has Minato using Shuriken KB then I consider that one of his techs. Same goes for any move except ones that need certain conditions to activate. (Rasengan variations for instance)

Kishi only allowed them to make the movie, however, that doesn't mean that it's canon. It has no place in Kishi's storyline and it wasn't created by Kishi himself, therefore it's not canon.

No that's my sig because it's Minato. Also I just used Shuriken KB as an example, it's nothing special though.

Yeah the story has nothing to do with this, I'm saying Kishi approved of the movie and it's content. So he must have agreed with the characters being able to use the moves on the film, correct?

Yes, Kishi approved of the film, however, the moves they shown in the film cannot really be used in debates nor can they be considered a part of the character's arsenal really.
