Romances i'm not sure, but probably Naruto ends up with Sakura.

After the series is over, Kishi talked about writing some novels about stories he couldn't tell in the manga cannon. I also remember in another interview Kishi saying if he ever did a spin off he'd want to do one about Minato. So we'll probably get a novel about Minato's life. Maybe one about Jiraiya's travels.
