I've seen hella awesome skill and Jutsu displayed from members of other villages since this war Arc began, who put the hidden leaf on the top of the top when it comes to ranking power? All ninja use the same BASIC Jutsu Water, Earth, Fire, Wind why is the leaf held as the top dogs in the Narutoverse? Could it be because of the Uchiha and the Huuyga!

its always been powerful ever since the konoha was formed with the best two clans coexisted and made konoha..it has always raised great ninjas..but but naruto is from there so it shows a lot of otehr powerful ninjas from there. its more focused on konoha than the other villages
