Just because he knows doesn't mean he has to use them all. There were barely any fights that involve him, there was only one. And just the fact that he pulled out one of the most impressive forbidden sealing tech should prove that he knows a lot more

1.If kishi said he did then he did. Our opinions have nothing to do with what he kishi says he knows.


2.Obviously the justu he did not personally posses were the ones that were kekegenkai and secret techniques.


3.Knowing is not the same as being able to perform them.


4.When hiruzen was alive he was at an advanced age and his chakra levels were lower then in his prime meaning any justu that required a certain amount of chakra or stamina he most likely could not use them in his battle against oro.


5.In that battle vs oro he had to stop the first,the second and oro so he resorted to the RDS if the battle was between just him and oro maybe hiruzen wouldn't of had to have to resort to such a justu meaning he could of showcased other justu but,as we all know that is not how it went down so he used what the situation called for.


6.When hiruzen came back obito was using omyoudon meaning justu was useless so why would hiruzen use ninjustu that wouldn't work ?


point being in both situations we see him at a battle there was always official reasons for him not using ninjustu out the ass.

Blaze release treat this topic a while ago. There are techniques develop by konoha e.g hayate jutsu against ibiki in part 1 and most of gai base taijutsu moves like KONOHA senpu e.t.c and he has knowledge on every konoha techs (including clan related ones) knowing about it doesn't mean he can use it. But I believe he can use everyone that is not clan related.

If you mean elemental jutsu's, then I'd say yes....Hiruzen knows all

I would say yes. Hiruzen knows all the jutsu in konoha. However dont think AT ALL that Hiruzen, can use/perform, all the jutsu in konoha. He would need to be able to use all 5 elements(something nobody known has been able to do before) and have ALL the kkg in konoha(something oro is still far away from)

He simply knows all the jutsu, and what they do, and perhaps how they work as well. AGAIN I dont think for a moment he can PERFORM ALL THE JUTSU IN KONOHA.

He was known as the professor. Professors are very knowledgeable about what they study. As Hiruzen studied the leafs jutsu, it would make sense he would know all of them.(again, know them...not be able to use them)

There are no feats or anything that interfere with this logic.
