Pollution

Every year in the U.S. factories release over 3 million tons of toxic chemicals into the land, air and water. This hazardous waste causes us to lose over 15 million acres of land every year, it leads to respiratory complications and other health problems and it makes our rivers and lakes too polluted for us to swim in and drink.

But factories are only part of the problem of pollution. Pollution is caused by industrial and commercial waste, agriculture practices, everyday human activities and most notably, modes of transportation. No matter where you go and what you do, there are remnants of pollution.

What is pollution?

Pollution is the introduction of a contaminant into the environment. It is created mostly by human actions, but can also be a result of natural disasters. Pollution has a detrimental effect on any living organism in an environment, making it virtually impossible to sustain life.

It sucks, but we have to put up with it.

It's wrong. I mean I guess I try not to do alot of it, but I really don't care.

noise polution blows as well, I want to shoot everyone who has a car alarm in my neighborhood, and the people who make it necessary for there to be car alarms. Reason being that because of the abundant noise polution the birds in my area have picked up and repeat every single freaking car alarm in the neighborhood at the butt crack of dawn, there is seriously no getting away from it during the day its the birds at night its the actual cars it blows.


Not to mention Dolphins and whales have had to find a new way to adapt because of humanitys use of sonar underwater. And it kind of pisses me off for various reasons.

+ side of polution it makes for nice sunsets, and eventually we should have a race of geneticly modified humans like the X men.

I doubt we'll down in it I'd say we'll eat it through Bioaccumulation, just as bad though. But I can see it if your also talking about global warming and the melting of permafrost/ice caps. Waves bye to polar bares.

I agree 100% people seen to leave out the fact that it may not effect us but the up coming generation will suffer the greed of the dollar without the though of the childrens future smh...

sorry if i offend anyone but:

when I was in china I went out in the rain (yet unaware that it was common not to) and the rain made my skin and eyes infected

+ there is never any sun
