-Bought a figurine for the first time and am waiting to receive it.

-Bought one volume of the manga (just my fave one and I'm stopping there)

-Bought some of the novels because I prefer to read books over comics.

-Spent many hours of my life here, given my post count.

-Unintentionally made someone despise this series when I rambled on about the Kaguya arc when it was going on (and how much the Sage's family annoyed me)... I believe I talked for 7 hours (with them replying but I carried on the conversation for that long). I wasted that study day at school 2 years ago. Haha.

i watched the ENTIRE pre-shippuden filler arc without catching onto the idea of filler episodes. i didn't honestly realise they where a thing until part way through the 3-tails arc.

I was 10 at the time, and toilet paper was the closet thing to Neji's wrap.

Oh, um new confession time? I read the wiki a lot while catching up to the manga, which spoiled a lot of stuff and got me extremely badly informed about certain stuff. Like how i though Madara was Sasuke's Mother. God knows how i f*cked that one up.

I completely ignored Part 1 of Naruto and started with Shippuuden. The children-characters were so annoying to me.

I like to make these shinobi hand seals from time to time, especially these of "Katon: Goukakyuu no Jutsu", which I can do easily without thinking.

I discovered that there is a Naruto manga by the time Edo-Madara appeared. I used to think the franchise is anime-only.

 

[Beyond the Horizon]

I crushed hard on Hidan, Madara, and Tobirama for the longest and they were all problematic. Turns out it's a trend for me to like trash when it comes to anime characters. Now I just adore them though for being, in my opinion, some of the most unique characters in the Narutoverse.

Also, I read this fanfiction about Hidan and some female character and that was what got me back into Naruto in 2012. I regret nothing.

I used to read the manga during moral class.

Hated Sakura at an early age, 6 or 7.

Got all the Dvd of Naruto & Naruto shippuden, box set 1,2 &3, all movies except The Last & Boruto, action figures, clothes and kunai & other stuff. The volume box set itself cost more than RM 1700 or so.

My only real thing is that I hum the anime's soundtrack (only the stupid songs used for filler scenes) sometimes

I unironically ship SuigetsuXChojuro but that's not really a confession, I just like putting it out there

Maybe - when I was like, 11, half of my iPod's playlist was from Naruto AMVs...

EDIT: Since people are saying when they started reading the manga, for me it was the chapter where Ebisu gets switched out for Jiraiya, it was in an issue of Shonen Jump I picked up from those book sale catalogs in American schools given to grade school students (I was one at the time, the issue was current).

- I've liked Hinata and Naruhina since the beginning. So much so that when I started shippuden and saw there was still a thing there, I spent most of my time binge reading Naruhina fanfics..I mean I could read close to 15 different stories in one night. A time in my life I don't look back on with pride xD Still love NH though.

- I became a pro at the Kuchiyose no jutsu hand seals xd

- I also watched the whole Pre shippuden filler as I didn't know what Canon or Filler was. Heck I even thought Naruto ended after the fight with Pain only to find out much later that I caught up with where the anime was. Discovered there was a thing called 'Manga' much later xd

- I picked my faves for their hair (first Deidara and then Fuu, because long, light-colored hair + top ponytail is apparently my thing);

- I have a tattoo that symbolizes my fave (the Yamanaka flower);

- I've done homemade Deidara cosplay, out of literally whatever I could find (ex. a winter coat for the cloak, and it was in summer), and I went out dressed like that (though it was countryside);

- I celebrate my fave's birthday (with a cake);

- The only characters I've ever found aesthetically attractive were assorted filler girls (ex. Sen from the Chuunin Exams fillers).

1) I secretly has a crush on Hidan, even though he’s an enemy and talk nonsense about his religion. He’s cute when he smirks and get angry hihihi

2) I’m like 23y/o now, but still I love love Naruto. It was my haven from all the stress from work.

3) It reminds me of my childhood, I began watching it when it was aired in our country when I was in 4th grade, I think? But it always ended like not the end of the series. So I stopped watching it too.

4) Not too much of a fan before. But I don’t know I suddenly had the urge to commit myself to it when all the news about THE NARUTO MANGA ENDED are all the buzz last year? LIKE WHAAAT!? After all these years?! I’ve only known 1/4 fact of the whole story.

5) So I watched it all over again beginning to Naruto episode 1! (Reminiscing, when I used to Rasengan my childhood crush HAHAHA) And up to this day, still watching the Naruto Shippuden.

6) Oh AND I’VE FINALLY READ THE WHOLE MANGA!!! Even bought one manga… and crying to complete all the manga but it was too expensive, but not for a superfan… (We’ll get to that.)

7) So yeah, suck me. ‘Cause I just recently known what a FILLER and CANON means. HAHAHA! So all those years, I believed it was all canon. Until I have read the whole manga. Now I refuse to believe all SP has to offer, LOL. But I don’t want to skip a single episode. So I have to deal with watching the fillers even if I don’t like it. EXCEPT ITACHI. That one, I don’t know if it was the Itachi ******* or not. Ugh.

8) I got really addicted, to the point I'm now participating at NARUTO FORUM SITES. And visit it everyday… (I’m at work right now.) I’m happy that I’m not the only one who’s addict into it hehehe.

9) I bought a kunai necklace and wear it sometimes... also bought kunai and just holding it makes me feel like a legit ninja HAHAHA.

10) HAHAHA! I can go on all day talking about him, and the story!


It was really a story that’s changed the way how I live, I mean. It’s no joke. Naruto is a big inspiration. His never-giving-up/Never-going-back-on-my-word things literally has an effect on me. Whenever I want to give up, I thought about him and his hardwork and determination of becoming a hokage. His relationships to his family, friends, teachers, even enemies - is all about love and being true to himself.

My old friends and best friends knew how much I love and addicted to Naruto.
But my new friends or buddies, are all thinking about weird on me. But what the hell, I care?
Watch it from the beginning, then tell me if you won’t like it.
