Imma go with Hidan here for being the complete Prick he was.

Zetsu- he is the most useless member we have seen, he should have died instead of member like Kisame or itachi.

Capable of giving Body Parts to others.
Can Create near Perfect Clones that even deceives Sensors.

Zetsu isn't a Fighter like Kisame but is far from useless.
And pretty much most of that is W. Zetsu we have yet to see B. Zetsu's abilities.
