If you were to pick a leader for your own nation from NARUTO.. who would you pick?

(Some of the choices):

Madara/Tobirama/Hashirama/Minato/Raikages/and etc.

Please name your reason as to why you pick them, and lets act mature.. to actually do what the post says in bold.

Seriously though, if I had to pick...... I'd go with.................. Tobirama or Hiruzen. Can I have a mixture of both? The seriousness and policy of Tobirama and the grandfatherly charisma of Hiruzen.

I edited the post. Not much reasoning, but still.
If you want me to elaborate, Tobirama seems to be the kind of man to let absolutely no threat possibly come to his home... Stopping threats long before they happen. And he's a utilitarian, so that's a plus.
Hiruzen is extremely charismatic and everyone loves him.

Eh maybe, I dunno. I can't really keep up a good conversation right now, I'm pretty tired.

Raikages. They have that aura of superior strength and authority whenever you see them. They Do what needs to be done for the sake of their people (3rd Raikage taking on 10,000 shinobi so his comrades could get away) and have strong military experience, not that the others don't but I feel the Raikages would be an excellent choice because their image is a great symbolism of strength and power to be represented by.

They Do what needs to be done for the sake of their people (3rd Raikage taking on 10,000 shinobi so his comrades could get away) and have strong military experience, not that the others don't but I feel the Raikages would be an excellent choice because their image is a great symbolism of strength and power to be represented by.

Yet those Raikages were the ones who kept driving the world to war over and over and over. (just something to think about)
