Itachi for his brilliant tactical planning, and of course MS, AY for his lightning fast speed and strength, and tsunade, just like sakura can heal and also do some heavy damage with her punches.

If we go with the younger generation, I would go with Sasuke, Lee, Naruto

Just imagine EMS, Sagemode/Kyubiimode and 6th of the 8 gates.. they would run through ANYONE.
