Your ideal Squad

If you had the chance to mix any of konohas nin into your own team of 3 with a captain, who would it be? You can mix from pretty much anytime, just try to keep kids with kids and adults with adults. Also, obviously everyone is gonna go for madara or hashi in one, that’s fine, but try to be a lil creative I guess?

Personally I’d probably do something like

Minato, itachi, and sasuke with a healer as a captain. Normally that’s dumb, but the 3 are fully capable of commanding themselves and the squad if need be, plus between the 3 they could probably take a village undetected pretty easily. It’s a straight assassination team. That’s just the first one I could think of

Shikamaru, Sasuke, Sakura(healer) or Kabuto and Neji.

Captain would be tough I doubt Sasuke would take orders from Shikamaru, his personailty type doesn't allow him to be an underling. Also Sasuke wouldn't make the best captain I dont think he plans his battles he fights and strategises as he goes along. However if he takes orders or can get along then the team will have the synergy necessary to be quite lethal.

I didn't include Madara Sama or Hashirama because they play by different rules. They're not team players never where or will be. And any team with Tobidara is just overkill.

I’d pick Neji for surveillance and a strong taijutsu user and captain, Naruto to basically be a tank and morale boost for the squad and a practically limitless chakra source, Sakura as the medic and she could probably do well as a strategist too if we’re going by how she analyzed obitos kamui in a few moments, and Sai for his aerial abilities and extensive training under root as an assassin. These are their part 2 versions obviously, but if Neji survived the war arc then I’d be picking them as adults when they’ve perfected their respective abilities

If we’re talking about Adult Sasuke, I think he’d be able to take orders from shikamaru because he would recognize his smarts. Even if sasuke wouldn’t take orders, a loose cannon only there to help your team would be an incredible asset lol

It's a tough call with Sasuke even as an adult I can see Shikamaru formulating a plan while Sasuke just shooting in for an Ameno head shot. While everybody is staring like wtf but yeah I agree that's why he was included in my line up.

Sakura, Itachi, Sasuke. Team Uchiha is commanded by no one, but their leader is officially Orochimaru due to the knowledge he posses.
Sakura's Katsuya allows Orochimaru to relay whatever information is required about opposing jutsu or intel regarding enemies, then Itachi finds the solution.

Itachi + Sasuke = Aim Totsuka Blade at a tree and let Sasuke swap ANY enemy with that tree and watch them enter an eternal genjutsu.

Sakura + Itachi = Itachi no longer having chakra constraints and a Yata Mirror that could be held up for ridiculous periods of time.

Sakura + Sakura = Person capable of taking on an army.

Old ones: Gai and a couple more with a captain. Doesn't really matter, Gai will annihilate anything in front.
