Sasuke using Rinne Tensei on everyone and reviving everyone. That way I can see Jiraiya Sensei, Minato, Kushina and the others back. I want everyone to be happy and peaceful.

Sasuke realizes that he cannot possibly kill the kages and create a dictatorship (if that's his plan) and instead travel the world helping the smaller nations and villages rebuild and making sure they are strong enough to not be bullied by the 5 great nations. Also giving tailed beasts 2-7 a place to stay, safe from capture but usable by smaller nations to protect themselves if threatened.

Revive the clan by choosing an appropriate partner and making a home in the sound village. Eventually going back to konoha after a few years and reestablishing the uchiha clan within the leaf and revealing the truth behind the uchiha massacre and what happened between the uchiha and senju. Beome hokage much later on.
