Outside of plot (Red Gyarados), my first one that I saw was Graveler in Gold or Crystal (I know it wasn't Silver, because I only played that recently).

Now, the first one that I actually CAUGHT was Black Rayquaza in Emerald. I was resetting for natures, and ended up finding a shiny one. Master Ball GG. But the copy of Pearl that I transferred it to got stolen along with my DS. T-T
